S & R Building & Construction was established in 1997 by husband and wife team, Marc and Tammi Renshaw. We are a Territory Proud local building company based in Alice Springs, made up of a dedicated and passionate team of people.

Operating with professionalism, integrity and commitment, the S & R Building & Construction team is backed by highly motivated, local tradespeople and sub-contractors. Our company supports Australian Apprenticeships and we have invested in modern equipment to ensure all work is carried out efficiently.

Undertaking construction work from the Red Centre to the Top End, we have the team, the equipment and the experience to carry out any building project.

We specialise in remote area work, setting up camps to reduce unnecessary delays caused by commuting or transporting machinery. At S & R Building & Construction, we believe in building lasting relationships with our clients, which has seen us working on construction projects in more than 45 different communities across the Northern Territory—and even South Australia!

Our building expertise has helped us obtain numerous private and commercial projects, including building work for Flinders University, the Northern Territory Government, BAE Systems Australia and the Defence Force.
