We are equipped to conduct a range of building projects, with a heavy investment in our own machinery. This ensures we are always able to conduct work quickly and efficiently, without having to schedule equipment hire.

How much does construction work cost per m2?

That depends on your requirements. The cost of construction work can vary greatly. We can provide a quote for your upcoming project however, we do recommend you provide detailed plans, drawings and specifications so we can give you an accurate price.

What areas will you travel to?

At S & R Building & Construction, we have worked in more than 45 communities throughout the Northern Territory. From the remote Islands off the Top End down to the southernmost town of Kulgera. We have even completed contracts in the APY Lands of South Australia.

Will I have to organise tradesmen for my new build?

No, you don't have to. We can project manage your new build, organising trades and co-ordinating all aspects related to your construction project.

Do you do shop fit-outs?

Yes. Our skilled builders are experienced in all manner of commercial renovation and refurbishment works.
